All Battery Suppliers may charge a callout fee if the issue is not covered under warranty. In relation to GNB Batteries, The requestors agree that GNB Industrial Power (UK) Limited may take the appropriate action to remedy the fault if not covered by warranty up to a value of £150.00 (excluding VAT) without our authorisation.
